We provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions and specialized trainings that help law firms understand and address antisemitism in both legal and institutional contexts. Our CLE programs explore the history of antisemitism and the legal history of the Holocaust, focusing on how antisemitism was legalized in Nazi Germany, and connect these lessons to modern legal frameworks. We also train attorneys to navigate the boundaries between protected speech and unlawful discrimination, enabling them to advise clients effectively and strengthen their firm’s own ethical and cultural awareness.
