Our educational programs equip institutions with the knowledge and tools to understand, identify, and address antisemitism in a legally sound and ethically responsible way. We offer specialized training for universities, law firms, and corporations to help them navigate the complex intersections between free expression, hate speech, and compliance with U.S. law.

For universities, we provide guidance to ensure compliance with federal executive orders and policies while fostering academic environments that are both inclusive and consistent with principles of free speech.

For law firms, we deliver Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs and tailored trainings on antisemitism, anti-Zionism, and the legal boundaries between protected speech and unlawful discrimination—helping firms both advise their clients and strengthen their own internal understanding.

For corporations, we offer practical education on preventing antisemitism in the workplace and promoting respectful communication in diverse professional settings.

Our goal is to help each institution not only meet legal standards but also build cultures grounded in awareness, accountability, and respect.

Why it Matters

Antisemitism is rising across campuses, workplaces, and professional institutions, creating confusion about where to draw the line between protected political expression and hate speech. Many organizations want to respond but lack the tools, expertise, and legal grounding to do so effectively.

Recent events show that training matters, but content and approach matter even more. At Northwestern University, hundreds of students protested an antisemitism training they said was biased and unbalanced. Their objections highlight a growing challenge: how to educate about antisemitism in a way that is accurate, inclusive, and compliant with federal policy. Our programs are built precisely to meet that need. We provide education that reflects historical understanding, current law, and the realities of free expression in diverse communities.

Historians like Pamela Nadell warn that the United States is experiencing a new “high tide” of antisemitism, driven by polarization and amplified online. This has made it more important than ever for institutions to be equipped with credible, nonpartisan education that helps prevent bias while protecting lawful speech.

The consequences of misunderstanding antisemitism extend beyond the classroom. In Germany, suspected Hamas operatives were arrested for allegedly planning attacks on Jewish institutions, underscoring the global security dimension of this issue. In the United Kingdom, controversy over a doctor who celebrated terrorist violence but was initially allowed to continue treating patients revealed the serious institutional risks of failing to address antisemitism responsibly.

At the same time, examples like Elon University show that balanced education can succeed. By prioritizing dialogue, empathy, and accurate information, Elon managed to create a respectful campus climate without limiting free speech. This demonstrates the power of well-designed, well-informed training—the kind of approach our programs deliver.

Our mission is to help universities, law firms, and corporations foster environments where difficult conversations can occur with knowledge, respect, and legal clarity. Through expert-led training, we help institutions protect both their people and their principles.
